Continuous server crash

every time I go into the server (lobby) I find myself with 1-2 cleats I say it's all normal but as soon as I enter the server I crashed immediately and tells me every time "loading the ground" and it always does even if I try to exit and return so I can not play ..

 

Try disabling the server resource pack. Let me know if that solved the problem.

 

I tried everything I disabled the texture pack and also used that downloaded from me but always the same problem, if you can pass the old texture and also I also entered in 1.12.2 1.10.2 etc.

 

Could you send me a screenshot of the message you get when you disconnect/crash?
