    1. What did you do just before this bug happened?

    I had 18 permits and sold a 25-permit yacht house, so I logged out with a total of 43 permits.

    2. What should have happened?

    Kept 43 permits.

    3. What happened instead?

    When I logged in about 1-2 hours later, I went back to 18 permits and I don't have the house?
