Hi guys, Sunday the 3rd I bought a 30 day VIP trial rank while using the candy canes. A few levels a day afterwards I got a Premium rank trial for 3 days just by leveling up. Because of this my VIP trial which would still last more then 24 days was gone. I don't know if this could be reversed but I do have evidence I bought the VIP rank and the timestamp as well. I will also put a screenshot of my level now and then with it so you can see I got my 3 days premium trial. I hope this will get forwarded and you can help me soon enough. Thanks already!
